Hey all!

I wanted to give a birthday gift to my girlfriend *x-Hikarii and advertise her page at the same time, so I decided to promote a contest without her knowledge!
EDIT - She's seen it on my page, it was a good 3 days before she had any idea.

The objective is to redraw her* OC named Katsumi in your own style.

This contest includes submissions of Digital, Pixel, Traditional, Cosplay, full body, half body or any other form you wish to do! The only requirement is that it's featuring Katsumi, so feel free to get creative with cosplay, paint, sai, photoshop or anything else!

What we're looking for will be

- Uniqueness, we want to see YOUR style of the same character.
- Accuracy of drawing, after all we still want to recognize it as her OC.
- Attention to detail, we want you to have to work for it, no roughs/quick sketches please!
- Stance/poses, please feel free to be creative about how you want Katsumi to stand.
- Artistic Talent, obviously it goes without saying we want to see skill and talent from everyone, in your own styles show us why you're a good artist!

Optionally you can go ahead and add items, backgrounds, animations or whatever you like to make the picture really stand out!!

Prizes (due to the large interest in this contest, the prizes may be increased (BUT DEFINITELY NOT DECREASED) if we have more entries, I will also accept any donations by inspired individuals or groups!)

The current standing prizes are:

First place will receive :
$15 (sent by paypal!)
800 dA points.
and will be heavily featured on her page.

Second place will receive :
$10 (sent by paypal!)
400 dA points.
and will be moderately featured on her page.

Third place will receive :
$5 (sent by paypal!)
and will be reasonably featured on her page.

- If you can't receive paypal payments you can receive the same value via Electronic Bank Transfer or dA points.

There will be a bonus prizes of 400 dA points and page-featuring for each for our favorite
- Pixel
- Chibi
which may or may not be already be selected in our First, Second and Third places.

Extra rules
- No MATURE content please, it can be suggestive but keep it tasteful.
- Up to 2 entries per person, please.
- It must be new!
- It must be your art, so please upload it on your page as proof.
- You are allowed to use bases or collaborate with other artists, but all assistance must be stated on the upload.
- In the event you cant accept paypal payments, you may request the same value in dA points.
- ~Izzyhal and *x-Hikarii reserve the right to advertise/post/use your pictures on either of our pages, but to never claim the work is our own. However we may post them in widgets such as "Katsumi's Collection" or similar. By participating in this contest you allow both named parties use of your submitted image(s) on their pages and in their art folders.
